Wish launched a month-long Black Friday sales event, which generated a 20% revenue lift. I led the content strategy and copy for a global email marketing campaign that reached 66M+ users.

PROCESS

I worked closely with design, marketing, merchandising, localization, and legal teams to deliver all assets on an incredibly tight schedule, despite major delays from merchandising.

RESULTS

I crafted content for:

  • A sneak-peek newsletter, which was sent to 22M+ users worldwide

  • A 3-part email series that kept 44M+ global users in the loop on Black Friday deals and products

  • A promotional email for Wish and Klarna's Black Friday partnership

  • Open rate: 30%

  • Click-through rate: 16%

  • Revenue: 5% lift 

  • Buyer conversion: 2.5% lift
