Wish's product performance ads contained extremely outdated and misleading content. My team and I took the initiative to optimize 200+ ads for Facebook and Google.

PROCESS

My team and I conducted a content audit and presented our content strategy to leadership. We then worked closely with our legal team and external Google and Meta partners to craft content that aligned with:

Facebook:

  • Click-through rate: 1.8% lift

  • Conversion rate: 6.6% lift

Google:

  • Interaction rate: 0.16% lift

  • Conversion rate: 0.3% lift

  • Cost per conversion: 10.48% decrease
